Our Service department offers free estimates. We service residential and light commercial properties. Our customers can rely on our 24 hour dependable emergency repair service. You may contact our Service Manager, Nate Richardson, to schedule a site visit or to speak with you about your current heating/cooling system. He can help you determine what would be best for you whether it be some repairs that can be done or a complete new installation. Knowing our customers needs and wants helps us determine the best service for you and your budget. For our credit approved customers, our payment terms are within 10 days of service. Installations or larger service jobs require 1/2 down and payment in full at time of completion.
Our knowledgeable Service Technicians provide yearly preventative maintenance and tune-ups. During a tune-up the Technician will do more than just change your nozzle and filter. They will brush the heat exchanger, take the time to check the transformer strength, pump pressure, pump cut-off, safety timing on pump control, do efficiency testing and make recommendations for any repairs that should be made before they become more of an issue.
We have Service Technicians licensed in #1 & #2 oils up to 15 Gallons, Solid Fuel, Propane and Natural Gas Installations, Tank Setting and Service and Repair Endorsements from the smallest appliances to over 750,000 BTU’s EPA Refrigeration Certifications.
Bob’s Cash Fuel is a qualified partner of Efficiency Maine and a vendor of the KVCAP CHIP program. Efficiency Maine offers rebates on approved heating units and service work. We will help you submit any rebates applicable and help answer any questions you may have along the way. Remember, we work for you! The KVCAP CHIP program provides assistance to pay for the replacement or servicing of heating units to qualified households. You may contact KVCAP to find out if you may qualify for any of their available programs.
