These Payment Terms and Conditions govern all transactions made through myfuelaccount,
operated by Bob’s Cash Fuel, an S-corp registered in Maine. By making a purchase or
subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ACH, and eChecks. All
payments must be made in USD. We reserve the right to update accepted payment
methods at any time, with changes reflected on the Website.

2. Payment Timing
○ For one-time purchases, payment is due at the time of checkout unless
otherwise stated.
○ For invoiced transactions, payment is due within 5 business days for fuel and
10 business days for service.
○ The customer is subject to be billed daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, and
annually, depending on the services they are provided.

3. Pricing and Fees
○ Prices are as listed on the website at the time of purchase, excluding
applicable taxes, shipping fees, or duties unless otherwise stated.
○ A processing fee may apply to all transactions.
○ We reserve the right to adjust prices, with prior notice for subscription
services.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
○ Refunds are processed per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Late Payments
○ Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% (18% per annum) on the outstanding
balance for more than 30 days from the date of the invoice or the maximum
allowed by law, whichever is lower.
○ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to
services for non-payment after 7 days of delinquency.
○ You are responsible for any costs incurred in recovering unpaid amounts,
including legal or collection fees.

6. Tariffs
○ Customer’s price shall be adjusted for, and Customer is responsible for
paying Bob’s Cash Fuel, in addition to the price given: (1) new federal, state
or local taxes not in effect as of the date of this Agreement, and (2) tariffs
imposed by the United States or Canadian federal or provincial governments
on Heating Oil/Propane imported into the United States from Canada.

7. Currency and Taxes
○ All transactions are processed in USD. For international customers, currency
conversion fees may apply, as determined by your payment provider.
○ Prices exclude applicable taxes or duties unless stated. You are responsible
for any customs, tariffs, or import duties.

8. Dispute Resolution
○ If you have a payment-related issue, contact our support team at
info@bobscashfuel.com within 7 days of the transaction.
○ Disputes unresolved through support will be handled in accordance with
alternative dispute resolution (ADR) under the laws of Maine.

9. Account Termination
○ We may suspend or terminate your account for any violations, including
payment terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
○ Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due.
