Service area and fees

From Waterville to Eustis and from Farmington to Harmony we service you! Our service to our customers is done as promptly as possible. Customers experiencing “no heat” related calls will be our first priority to service. Households who do not purchase product from us we still welcome as new customers and will also do our best to service them as promptly as possible.

A clear advantage to being a Bob’s Cash Fuel customer is a discounted hourly service rate.

• Hourly Service Rate for our customers is $140.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum charge.
• Hourly Service Rate for non-customers  is $160.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum charge.
• Nights, Weekends and Holiday Service Rate for our customers is $210.00 per hour, from Midnight 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM $280.00 per hour.
• Nights, Weekends and Holiday Service Rate for non-customers is $240.00 per hour, from Midnight 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM $320.00 per hour.
• Travel Time is charged one way for our customers service calls during normal business hours while during Nights, Weekends and Holidays we charge Travel Time both ways.
• Travel Time is charged both ways for non-customers.
